Who can I refer?

Anyone resident in Spain who works, or is about to start working, for a company outside Spain that has no Spanish entity and no Employer of Record in place. Contractors invoicing a foreign client are the most common case.

Do they need to agree first?

Yes. Ask them before you submit the form. We contact the person directly, and a cold introduction helps nobody.

When is the reward paid?

After the referred person has been employed through Hirely for three consecutive months. We pay by bank transfer within 30 days of that date.

How much is it?

Up to €400 per successful referral. The exact amount depends on the contract, and we confirm it with you in writing before the person signs.

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes, there is no limit. Submit the form once per person so we can track each referral separately.

What happens to their data?

We use it only to assess the referral and contact the person. If they are not interested, we delete it.

Do I need to have a job offer already?

Ideally, yes. Hirely is here to help set up compliant employment in Spain once you have secured, or are close to securing, a role with an international company.

Can I work for a foreign company while living in Spain?

Yes. Through our Employer of Record (EOR) solution, you can be legally employed in Spain while working remotely for an international company.

Does my employer need to open a company in Spain?

No. Hirely can employ you locally on behalf of your international employer, without them needing to establish a Spanish entity.

What does Hirely handle?

We manage the Spanish employment contract, payroll, Social Security, compliance, and ongoing HR administration.

Do I have to pay for Hirely's services?

In most cases, Hirely's services are paid for by the international company, not by the employee.

The reward, in detail

Who qualifies

The referred person must be resident in Spain and not already in contact with Hirely, and must not have been referred by someone else first.

What counts as successful

The person signs an employment contract with Hirely and completes three consecutive months of employment.

Amount

Up to €400 per successful referral, confirmed in writing before the contract is signed.

Payment

Paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the three-month mark, to an account in the referrer's name.

Tax

The reward is income. Declaring it where you are tax resident is your responsibility.

Exclusions

Hirely employees, contractors and their immediate family are not eligible. Self-referrals do not qualify.

Hirely may end or amend this programme at any time. Referrals submitted before a change are honoured under the terms published on the day of submission. Personal data supplied through this form is processed only to assess the referral and is deleted on request. Please refer to our terms and conditions
