These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Hirely Referral Program (“Program”), operated by In Life Projects SL, trading as Hirely (“Hirely,” “we,” “us”). By submitting a referral through our referral form, you agree to these Terms.
The Program has two participation tiers: Individual Referrers and Referral Partners. Section 1 applies to everyone. Sections 2 and 3 set out the specific terms for each tier.

1. General Terms (apply to all referrers)
1.1 Eligibility
Anyone may submit a referral, provided the referred individual has given permission to be contacted by Hirely. Hirely employees and immediate family members of Hirely employees are not eligible to receive referral rewards.
1.2 What counts as a valid referral
A referral is valid only if:
– The referred person is based in Spain or relocating to Spain, and has secured (or is actively pursuing) a role with an international company that is not currently using an Employer of Record (EOR) provider;
– The referred person has not been in active discussion with Hirely within the previous 6 months prior to the referral;
– The referrer submits the referral in writing via the official referral form before Hirely has independently made contact with that individual or company.
1.3 Consent and data use
By submitting a referral, you confirm that the referred person has agreed to be contacted by Hirely. We will use the information provided solely to evaluate and pursue the referral, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Referred individuals may request their data be removed from our records at any time by contacting us.
1.4 Reward eligibility
Referral rewards are payable only once:
– The referred individual has signed an employment agreement through Hirely’s EOR services, and
– Hirely has received payment from the client company for the relevant onboarding, and
– The individual has been actively employed through Hirely for a minimum of 3 months (the standard probationary period), regardless of referrer tier.
Rewards are one-time only, paid once per successful referral, and do not recur on contract renewal or in subsequent years of the client’s engagement with Hirely.
1.5 Payment
Rewards are paid in EUR via bank transfer within 30 days of the reward becoming payable. Any applicable taxes on the reward are the responsibility of the recipient.
1.6 Disqualification
Hirely reserves the right to disqualify any referral it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, or submitted without the referred person’s genuine consent.
1.7 Changes to the Program
Hirely may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time. Referrals validly submitted before any such change remain eligible for a reward under the terms in place at the time of submission.
1.8 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under these Terms fall under the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

2. Individual Referrers
Applies to anyone referring a candidate on a one-off or informal basis (i.e. not operating under a signed Partner agreement per Section 3).
– Reward: Flat fee of €400 per successful placement.
– No minimum or maximum number of referrals; individuals may refer as many people as they like.
– See Section 1.4 for the qualifying period and payment terms that apply to all referrers.
3. Referral Partners
Applies to professionals operating under a signed Referral Partner Agreement with Hirely (e.g. recruiters, career coaches, talent professionals with an ongoing referral relationship). Partner status is granted individually by Hirely and is not self-service.
– Reward: 12% of the annual service fee Hirely charges the client company for the referred employee’s EOR service.
Hirely’s EOR service fee ranges per month per employee, depending on the service tier the client selects. The “annual service fee” for reward calculation purposes is 12 × the applicable monthly fee. There is no minimum or maximum reward amount; the reward scales directly with the service tier and fee agreed with the client.
– This is a one-time reward per placement, not recurring on renewal, see Section 1.4.
– See Section 1.4 for the qualifying period and payment terms that apply to all referrers.
– Additional terms: Referral Partners are subject to the confidentiality, non-exclusivity, and conduct terms set out in their individual signed Referral Partner Agreement, which takes precedence over this Section 3 in case of conflict.
