Service Level Agreement

This SLA describes the standards In Life Projects, SL commits to for all clients engaging our

IT recruitment, payroll, and administration services. It is designed for transparency and to set clear expectations.

 

1. Client Scope

This SLA applies to all clients who use In Life Projects, SL for IT recruitment, payroll, administration, and Consulting solutions.

 

2. Response Times

  • Tier 1 (General Inquiries & Standard Requests):
    • Response within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET).
  • Tier 2 (Urgent Issues):
    • Acknowledgement within 4 business hours. Resolution within 2 business days whenever possible.

 

3. Recruitment Process

  • Candidate Shortlisting: Within 10 business days after job brief confirmation.
  • Interview Coordination: Arranged within 3 business days after shortlist approval.
  • Placement Timeline: Typically 1–3 months, depending on role complexity.

 

4. Payroll & Administration

  • Payroll Processing: By the 25th of each month.
  • Employment Documentation: Provided before employee start date.

 

5. Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Full compliance with Spanish labor laws and GDPR.
  • Client and candidate information is handled with strict confidentiality.

 

6. Review & Updates

This SLA is reviewed annually or upon significant changes to our services.
